Anthony is the CEO of ICP Media – a PR/Digital marketing outfit. A Chartered PR Practitioner, he is also certified in project, risk and business management. He has undergone training with prestigious institutions such as World Bank, Harvard, and Oxford Universities. With a background in journalism, he is additionally a management and problem-solving consultant having undergone training for the latter with TU Delft.
Suzy Giles is an independent communications consultant with more than 20 years’ experience in communications and marketing, working with organisations in the Arts, K-12 Global Education, Higher Education and NGOs. She develops and delivers strategic communications projects, works on organisational brand and messaging and specialises in internal communications across global organisations. From the UK, she has lived in Italy, and now lives in The Hague, The Netherlands, where her company, Giles Global Communications, is based.

Shayoni Lynn MCIPR CMPRCA has been working in public relations for over 10 years, most recently leading a sector-leading and award-winning programme at Cardiff University. Shayoni is an industry expert in data and insight-driven communications, behaviour change (nudge communications) and measurement and evaluation, and a regular speaker at CIPR, PRCA, GCS, and CASE events. In 2019, she was recognised in the WalesOnline 35 under 35 list of top young business and professional women in Wales.
Anne has worked in PR and communications for nearly 30 years, mainly within education organisations. Joining City & Guilds as their first press officer she worked as communications manager for a learning and skills sector organisation, progressing to head of communications roles at London College of Communication and the UCL Institute of Education. Anne is now freelancing as an education and charity specialist focusing on communications strategy, media relations, writing and team building. She is a CIPR Chartered Practitioner and passionate about lifelong learning.

Dee Reid is the Director of External Relations at Leeds Beckett University. Before taking up her role in 2017, she was Head of Communications and Marketing at Leeds City Council and prior to that, Head of Communications at Education Leeds. She is also a trustee and Chair of East Street Arts – the largest studio holder outside of London.
Christine has worked in the education sector for 10 years, and firmly believes that education has the power to transform people’s lives for the better. She is currently Senior Group External Communications Manager for Oxford University Press, overseeing its group external communications activities and its charitable giving programmes. Prior to OUP, she led the communications and content team at the City & Guilds Group.
Dan is Head of Communications, Students and the Academic Administration Division at the University of Oxford where he is responsible for communications to Oxford's diverse student base and the staff that support them across the collegiate University. He previously worked at Oxford University Press, most recently as Head of Communications for the educational publishing division focusing on the UK, Africa and Australia. He is co-founder of Public Relations Oxford, the professional network for Oxford’s PR and Communications community.
Adam is media relations manager for AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) and holds over 11 years of Public Relations experience. Adam started his career at financial PR agency Lansons, before moving into in-house roles with wealth manager Towry (now Tilney) and asset manager Octopus Investments (now Octopus Group). He has been a CIPR member for three years and a co-opted member of the CIPR Education and Skills Committee since early 2019.
Vicky is the Head of Corporate Communications at the University of Reading. She has more than 10 years' experience in communications and PR spanning strategic communications planning, internal communications, staff engagement, crisis handling and stakeholder relations across education, central and local government. Her previous roles have included Senior Communications Planning Manager at the University of Oxford, with a particular focus on research and innovation, and Internal Communications Manager at the Oxfordshire County Council. Born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand, Vicky worked as a barrister and economic development policy analyst and advisor to the Minister for Economic Development before moving into communications. She joined the CIPR Education & Skills Committee in 2016.
Alison is the Research Communications Manager at Cardiff University. She has nearly 20 years' experience in PR across the private, public and voluntary sectors. She joined the Education and Skills Sector Committee in 2011 and was Chair from February 2017 to December 2019. A CIPR Council member She is also a member of the University Research Magazine Association (URMA), an international association for research communicators.
